Evaluation Item: Cover Letter and Resume (Graded)

Overview

Students are required to prepare cover letter and personal resume to demonstrate that they have learned the skills of formal letter writing. The letter and resume should reflect each student's personal interests and background and be tailored to a specific job (see textbook and summer internship for example jobs)

Deliverables

Cover Letter written using formal letter style. Length: 200 ‐ 350 words
Cluster Diagram (Attachment, Single Page, PNG format)
Resume (Attachment, Single Page, PDF format)

Submission Guidelines:

Report must be submitted in both hard and soft (electronic) copy formats.
Hardcopy: to be given to the teacher during class on three A4 sheets of paper stapled together.
